During the month of December, 2025 The Lucky Tekkie Inc. resumed working on Luxtee designs by designing a few different Luxtees in anticipation of sales and securing consignment agreements.
October, 2025
The Lucky Tekkie Inc. held our first monthly Organizational Strategy Meeting (OSM) with the CEO and Director in attendance at the St. Thomas Public Library and discussed various strategies to fully organize our company.
September, 2025
The Lucky Tekkie Inc. appointed Samuel Heathorn as the new Director while Sambath Sem was removed from his position as the Director of the company. Samuel Heathorn has a lengthy professional employment background and previously attended Film School as part of his College program in Montreal. He embraces technology and technological advancements to improve his work processes and productivity at work, such as the recent explosion of AI in the marketplace.
July, 2025
The Lucky Tekkie Inc. finalized our logo for Spark + Spring (V6F) and began to use the logo to promote our company’s assets and projects. The logo featured a circle with the “world currency symbol” at the center and a plus sign to connect the words Spark and Spring (abbreviated to Spark + Spring). Starbursts are designed onto each side of the circle to represent both the “spark” and “spring” in the company’s new operating name and registered trademark. Due to our usage of the world currency symbol within the design of our logo, Sokly Sa, Founder, President & CEO proclaimed the Spark + Spring logo as the world’s most value logo; however, he also added that, as a company, they must now work to bring monetary value to the company by securing projects.
July, 2025
The Lucky Tekkie Inc. formally registered Spark + Spring as our business operating name, with the catch phrase “It Rhymes With Marketing” (a trademark of Spark + Spring) to promote our web & marketing projects. The idea behind Spark + Spring (It Rhymes With Marketing) is that marketing should have a rhyme and reason, and it should flow seamlessly to capture the attention of the public and convert prospects into paying customers.

The Lucky Tekkie Inc. created our official Facebook group for fans and followers to connect and network with the company. Everyone who shared an interest with our company is invited to join the group so that we can stay connected and promote our vision of becoming an industry leader by helping others to lead.

The Lucky Tekkie Inc. received confirmation from the CEO’s attorney in New York City that the trademark application for the term “Spark + Spring” had officially become our registered trademark, and that we are the original owners of the registration trademark (after an extensive database search over a one year period).

The Lucky Tekkie Inc. conducted a music marketing pilot project for the company itself that took place in the town of Leamington, Ontario, which involved the CEO distributing promotional flyers on the streets to promote music and other projects. The CEO handed out over 300 flyers to the public as part of this pilot project.

The Lucky Tekkie Inc. and Sokly Sa, Founder, President & CEO, were proudly featured in the Hometown St. Thomas Magazine, June 2024 Edition, with the CEO promoting the company’s Luxtees project, an artistic, stylish and fashionable, hand-crafted luxury streetwear collection designed to elevate the streets. The Luxtees project was still a work in progress and was unable to launch after the magazine feature, but we have kept the project idea on our mind for when we have the full budget to support this exciting project.

The Lucky Tekkie Inc. resumed operations when Sokly Sa, Founder, President & CEO was discharged from his long term hospital stay in February, 2024 and started work to restructure, organize the business, and work on setting up a business contingency plan to prepare for the worst while performing at our best every day.
September, 2023
The Lucky Tekkie Inc. suspended operations when Sokly Sa, Founder, President & CEO, was admitted to the St. Thomas-Elgin General Hospital due to severe medical complications resulting from complications with his prescribed medications.
April, 2022
The Lucky Tekkie Inc. registered TEKKIE 360 as our new business operating name to highlight the company’s all-encompassing focus with marketing and technology, with TEKKIE 360 representing the 360 degrees in a full circle. The operating name failed to fully impress both the Director and the CEO; however, the company worked with the name for the time being and proceeded to make the most of the registration by updating all of our assets and properties to reflect the name change.
October, 2021
The Lucky Tekkie Inc. appointed Sambath Sem as the new Director of the company, while Sokly Sa, Founder, President & CEO stepped down from his role as Director (while maintaining his role as a Signing Officer and Person With Significant Control). Sambath Sem shared his vision of The Lucky Tekkie Inc. becoming a publicly-traded company that will be listed and actively traded on stock exchanges such as the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX).

The Lucky Tekkie Inc. secured LTO Dev Corp. and Alma Villages Inc. as new clients and began working on numerous commercial real estate flyer designs for the companies to help them promote and lease their commercial and residential real estate properties in London and St. Thomas.

The Lucky Tekkie Inc. secured Pro-Grade Plumbing, a plumbing company based in Tillsonburg, Ontario, as a new client and began working on a web project to design a digital marketing website to promote the client’s business in the area.

The Lucky Tekkie Inc. was incorporated as a federal-registered corporation with extra-provincial registration for Ontario. With this registration, Sokly Sa, Founder, President & CEO envisioned the company becoming a global organization, with operations and projects completed in multiple countries around the world, within 10-20 years.

The Lucky Tekkie Inc. secured new office space at the Talbot Professional Office (formerly TD Bank), located at LL27-378 Talbot St. in St. Thomas, Ontario. The office location was owned by The Focal Point Group who provided the accommodations for our business to operate and grow our operations.
October, 2019
The Lucky Tekkie Inc. secured SeaCameo as a new client for our company and began working on a Dating App project and ongoing Social Media management project.
August, 2019
The Lucky Tekkie secured workspace at The Atrium and registered the business @ 28 Princess Ave. in St. Thomas, Ontario. The business began working out of the professional co-working space after membership dues were paid. The Atrium was owned by Brandon & Emily Olsen who provided much welcomed and appreciated accommodations for Sokly Sa and the business to work out of the space and grow as a company.

The Lucky Tekkie was registered with Service Ontario as a Sole Proprietorship located at 9 Glenview Crt. in St. Thomas, Ontario, in June, 2019 by Sokly Sa, Business Owner, which opened the doors for the company to begin working on web & marketing projects for our clients. The business was registered while Sokly Sa had just been promoted at work with Marriott International and took on his role as Infrastructure Analyst for the global hospitality company.
