If your Luxtee is back-ordered, it will be added to our queue so that it can be freshly made to order. There may be a delay with manufacturing your Luxtee to order, but rest assured that we have you covered and will finish the production as quickly as we can.

Once your Luxtee is fully produced, your Luxtee will be shipped to your address via Xpresspost (CanadaPost) and delivered to you within a few days (if within Canada). There may be delays for Luxtees shipped to international destinations, but it shouldn’t be too long of a wait.
