Limited Warranty

Effective Date: March 10th, 2026

Spark + Spring® is committed to providing high-quality digital services to our clients. This Limited Warranty Policy outlines the assurances we provide for our services while defining reasonable limitations that protect both our clients and our business.

This policy applies to the following services provided by Spark + Spring:

  • Web Design & Development
  • Managed Website Hosting
  • Graphic Design Services
  • Digital Advertising & Marketing Campaigns

By engaging Spark + Spring for services, the client acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this Limited Warranty Policy.


1. Web Design & Development Warranty

Spark + Spring warrants that newly delivered websites will substantially function according to the agreed project scope at the time of delivery.

30-Day Workmanship Warranty

Spark + Spring provides a 30-day limited warranty period beginning on the date of project delivery.

During this period we will, at no additional cost:

  • Correct technical errors caused by our development work
  • Fix broken links or functionality within the agreed scope
  • Resolve formatting issues on major modern browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox)

Warranty Limitations

This warranty does not cover issues resulting from:

  • Client modifications made after project completion
  • Third-party plugins, themes, or software updates
  • Hosting providers not managed by Spark + Spring
  • Browser updates released after project delivery
  • Client-provided content errors
  • External integrations or APIs outside our control

Additional changes or requests outside the original scope may require additional fees.


2. Managed Hosting Warranty

For clients enrolled in Spark + Spring Managed Hosting, we provide monitoring and maintenance to support website performance and security.

Hosting Service Assurance

Spark + Spring will make commercially reasonable efforts to provide:

  • Stable website uptime
  • Security monitoring and routine updates
  • Backup systems where applicable
  • Technical support for hosting-related issues

Service Limitations

Spark + Spring does not guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, including:

  • Internet infrastructure failures
  • Third-party hosting provider outages
  • Cyberattacks or malicious activity
  • Domain registrar issues
  • Force majeure events

In the event of service disruption, Spark + Spring will make reasonable efforts to restore service promptly.


3. Graphic Design Warranty

Spark + Spring warrants that all original graphic design work will be delivered according to the specifications agreed upon in the project scope.

Quality Assurance

Clients will be given the opportunity to review and approve designs prior to final delivery.

If a technical error is discovered within 14 days of delivery, Spark + Spring will correct:

  • File export errors
  • Resolution or formatting issues
  • Minor design adjustments required for usability

Exclusions

The warranty does not cover:

  • Changes in design preferences after approval
  • Revisions beyond those included in the original agreement
  • Printing errors by third-party printers
  • Modifications made by the client or external parties

4. Digital Advertising Warranty

Spark + Spring provides professional digital advertising management and strategic guidance.

Service Commitment

We warrant that:

  • Advertising campaigns will be created and managed according to the agreed strategy
  • Campaigns will be monitored and optimized within reasonable professional standards

Performance Disclaimer

Spark + Spring does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to:

  • Sales revenue
  • Lead volume
  • Conversion rates
  • Advertising return on investment (ROI)

Advertising performance may vary due to factors including:

  • Market conditions
  • Competition
  • Client pricing or product quality
  • Budget levels
  • Platform algorithm changes

Our role is to apply best practices and professional expertise to maximize campaign effectiveness.


5. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful service delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and timely information
  • Review and approve work promptly
  • Maintain appropriate licenses for provided content
  • Avoid unauthorized modifications that may affect performance

Failure to meet these responsibilities may void certain aspects of this warranty.


6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spark + Spring’s total liability for any claim arising from services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Spark + Spring shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of revenue or business opportunity
  • Third-party software failures
  • Data loss caused by external factors

7. Warranty Claim Procedure

If a client believes an issue falls within this Limited Warranty Policy, they must notify Spark + Spring in writing within the applicable warranty period.

8. Policy Updates
